Abstract

Single-center pilot study suggests a threefold increase in self-reported history of adverse pregnancy outcomes (APO) among women with subsequent diagnosis of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Females with PAH and a history of APO were younger and had higher mean pulmonary artery pressures at diagnosis compared to those without a history of APO.

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics of 54 Dead Pregnant Patients With Pulmonary Hypertension

To analyse the clinical characteristics and potential pregnancy outcomes of deceased pregnant women with pulmonary hypertension, we conducted a retrospective analysis of clinical data from 54 cases of pregnant women with pulmonary hypertension at The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from May 2009 to February 2022.
