The awards will be presented at our PVRI 2026 Awards Ceremony. Each winner will receive £500, a two year free membership of PVRI, and will be asked to present their abstract in the main programme. By sponsoring these awards, you’ll not only gain exceptional visibility among global leaders in the PH field, but also play a vital role in celebrating excellence and inspiring the next generation of PH leaders.

The Awards Ceremony will be held ahead of the PVRI 2026 Gala Dinner on 30 January at the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin. Your branding will be displayed throughout the function, and recognised in the Awards presentation programme - you can provide branded goods or napkins if you wish.

The networking reception will follow on immediately after the plenary sessions on the first day of the main Conference, 28 January. All delegates will be invited to gather in the beautiful 8 floor garden of the Amari Hotel and Conference Centre to connect and network with colleagues and friends from across the world — to help drive forward our shared mission.

As exclusive sponsor of our Women in PH Luncheon, you’ll champion a transformative initiative that empowers women in PH through education, mentorship, and meaningful professional connections. Your support will help cultivate a more inclusive, dynamic, and forward-thinking community — one where every voice has the opportunity to lead and inspire.

The 1-hour 30-minute Luncheon can accommodate 120 guests and will be held on the second day of the main Conference, 29 January, at the Amari Hotel and Conference Centre. PVRI will organise all aspects of the event, including a VIP Thai sharing and welcome drink.

As a sole sponsor, we will reserve 5 spaces at the Luncheon for you. You will be invited to open the function with a short welcome speech, and your branding will be displayed throughout the function. You will also have shared access to the professional function photos.

As the exclusive sponsor of our Career Catalyst Luncheon, you will help to cultivate the skills, confidence, and connections they need to flourish.

The 1-hour 30-minute Career Catalyst Luncheon is a leading mentorship event for 120 early career delegates — it will be held on the third day of the main Conference, 30 January, at the Amari Hotel and Conference Centre. PVRI will organise all aspects of the event, including a VIP Thai sharing and welcome drink. 

As a sole sponsor, we will reserve 5 spaces at the Luncheon for you. You will be invited to open the function with a short welcome speech and your branding will be displayed throughout the function. You will also have shared access to the professional function photos. All artwork will be created by PVRI and shared with you for approval ahead of publishing.
 

Each scientific session in the main plenary programme includes between four and eight talks focusing on cutting-edge research. Only one session a day is available, and the choice of session is by negotiation.

Each sponsor can select one session only - the agreed session will be marked as ‘sponsored’ in the programme, and your branding will be displayed on the digital screen in the plenary room during the breaks between sessions. A timely alert will also be sent through the event app to all delegates during the refreshment break ahead of the session, acknowledging your kind support.
 

Spark the conversation and sponsor all three moderated poster sessions and best poster awards. In these cutting-edge sessions, delegates will vote for the winning poster of the day. Your support includes a £200 cash award to be presented to each of the lead authors of the day’s top-voted poster.

Sponsorship covers all three poster sessions over three days. Your logo will be displayed throughout the sessions. You will be invited to present the awards to the three winners on stage during the plenary session on Saturday, 30 January, with a photo op and access to the photos within 24 hours.

PVRI will provide the lanyards and arrange the branding. Your logo will alternate with PVRI’s logo. Lanyards will be white print on one of the four PVRI core brand colours. PVRI has final design approval. 
 

Be the first thing attendees notice before the big day — feature your banner at the bottom of our exclusive “Know Before You Go” and “Event Starts Tomorrow” emails, landing directly in the inboxes of every delegate and speaker. Scheduled for 19 and 27 January 2026, these emails are essential reads, packed with final details and last-minute buzz.

You must provide the supporting graphic by 12 January 2026. It must be smaller than 1MB and no larger than 598 pixels in width or 200 pixels in height. Formats must be JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF and at least 90 DPI. PVRI has final approval of the content.

A timely alert can be sent directly to all delegates’ phones through the event app. PVRI has final approval of the content and deployment time of all alerts.
