We are thrilled to announce that the Annual Drug Discovery and Development Symposium is back this year and will take place on 10-11 July 2023 in Bethesda, Maryland
. Many thanks to our scientific organising committee for putting together a great programme.

The event promises to be an excellent opportunity for regulatory, industry & academic bodies to meet and discuss the latest drug developments within pulmonary hypertension.

Cancellation policy

  • You have a legal right to cancel the Contract for your Event booking with us (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) at any time up until 14 working days after our acceptance of your booking (“Cancellation Period”). If you cancel your booking within the Cancellation Period, then we will refund the registration fee in full.
  • If you cancel after the Cancellation Period as a result of Covid-19 government restrictions in your country that prevent you from travelling to the host country, but the Event itself is not cancelled by us, we may at our discretion offer to carry over your registration to the following Drug Discover and Development Symposium at no additional cost to you (“Deferral”). If we choose not to offer, or you do not wish to accept the Deferral of your registration, then we will refund the registration fee for the booking less a 20% cancellation fee. 
  • If you cancel after the Cancellation Period, for any other reason, we may at our discretion offer Deferral of your registration. If we choose not to offer, or you choose not to accept our offer of Deferral in this instance, you will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fees.
  • If you book within 14 days of the Event, you give your permission for us to begin work in relation to your registration, and if you cancel before the Event then we will refund the registration fee minus reasonable costs incurred.
  • Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel and travel reservations.
  • If you wish to cancel your registration for the Event, please notify us as soon as practicable by sending an email to admin@pvrinstitute.org. You may use our cancellation form to confirm your cancellation in writing.
