Doppler estimation of systolic pulmonary artery pressure using two-dimensional echocardiography. The peak tricuspid regurgitation (TR) velocity of 4.80 m/s equates to a systolic PAP of 92 mmHg (plus right atrial pressure), indicating severe pulmonary hypertension.
