After 40 years of designing, making and selling ornamental stoneware, Rita Lee is retiring and Inside Out will be closing at the end of October 2018.

Rita very kindly offered her garden for a lunch party in aid of the PVRI on Monday 3 September.

Her beautiful garden is located in Wallcrouch, Wadhurst south of Tunbridge Wells near the Kent-East Sussex border.

On a marvellously sunny day, approximately 50 friends and visitors were treated to a fantastic home-made lunch and were able to watch a fascinating demonstration of how the stoneware is cast. The stone and terracotta pots and garden ornaments were available to purchase with 20% of proceeds donated to the PVRI. There was also a raffle with some great prizes including a large filled terracotta pot and a gliding experience.

Many thanks to Rita and Victor Lee for hosting the event and to Lynette Swift for organising it.
