- I Brasillinois Symposium On Infection and PVD
I Brasillinois Symposium on infection and PVD
Infectious cardiopulmonary diseases remain among the top ten causes of death worldwide. Yet the mechanisms linking infection, inflammation, and chronic pulmonary vascular disease (PVD) are still underexplored, and therapeutic options remain limited.
The I Brasillinois Symposium on infection and PVD brings together internationally recognised experts and emerging investigators to explore how microorganisms contribute to inflammatory PVD, the clinical challenges this creates, and where new, druggable targets may lie.
This free one-day, hybrid mini-symposium is part of the wider Brasillinois Initiative, fostering collaboration between researchers and clinicians across Brazil, Illinois, and beyond.
