Exploraremos cómo identificar y evaluar la trombosis crónica con o sin PH manifiesta, y por qué la detección oportuna puede cambiar de forma significativa el pronóstico. La sesión también abordará el papel de las pruebas de imagen avanzadas, el cateterismo derecho y la estratificación de riesgo para guiar la selección del tratamiento más adecuado.

This session, part of the Latin America Task Force webinar series, will explore chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH).

The session will be delivered in Spanish.

We’ll explore how to identify and assess chronic thrombosis with or without manifest PH, and why timely detection can significantly change prognosis. The session will also cover the role of advanced imaging, right heart catheterisation, and risk stratification in guiding the most appropriate treatment approach.
