In this PH Community Call, we discussed: 

• Subcutaneous Treprostinil in PH Associated With Left Heart Disease or Chronic Lung Disease
• Ferroportin Inhibition Attenuates Pulmonary Hypertension in Hypoxic Sickle Cell Disease Mice 
• Artificial Intelligence-Based Echocardiography in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension 

Patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) experience long diagnostic delays, high functional class at diagnosis and poor prognosis. We aimed to study the differentiative and predictive value of 90 inflammatory and immunomodulatory related proteins in idiopathic and hereditary PAH (IPAH/HPAH) and systemic sclerosis-associated PAH (SSc-APAH). 

Connective tissue disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (CTD-PAH) has a poorer prognosis than idiopathic PAH, potentially attributable to pulmonary veno-occlusive disease (PVOD)-like involvement.
