PVRI IDDI Access to Care survey
Hear from Gil Golden, Chair of the Access to Care IDDI Workstream, on the Access to Care global survey.
Dear Colleague
I am writing as Chair of the Access to Care group, a volunteer group within the Pulmonary Vascular Research Institute (PVRI), consisting of scientists, clinicians and members of the biopharmaceutical industry.
As you know, the PVRI is a global organisation of scientists and healthcare professionals focused on pulmonary vascular disease research, education, and clinical care. We are conducting a global survey to identify gaps and challenges that limit access to quality professional clinical care for patients with Pulmonary Hypertension (PH). We are asking for your help in completing the survey, which we estimate will take around 15 minutes to complete. We ask that one representative completes the survey on behalf of every PH center, by the deadline of 11 May 2023.
To help us reach as many centers as possible, please share this email with your PVD networks in country and overseas.
Your contribution will impact the worthy objectives of this project. The results will be used to develop action plans to help address local needs, mainly in the education, diagnosis, and treatment of PVD. The survey results will be analyzed and shared with the PVRI community via presentations at medical congresses and through publications in medical journals.
In return for your time in filling out the survey, we will make the compiled results available to you directly, for your personal reference, and you will be entered in a draw for free registration at the next PVRI Congress.
Thank you in advance for your participation.
Sincerely Yours
Gil Golden, MD, PhD on behalf of the PVRI IDDI Access to Care Team
