Nominations now open for PVRI Achievement Awards 2025

Nominations are now open for the PVRI Lifetime Achievement 2025 and PVRI Achievement Award 2025, recognising outstanding contributions to pulmonary hypertension research. This prestigious award highlights PVRI’s commitment to advancing pulmonary vascular science globally.

The PVRI Lifetime Achievement Award is awarded to a senior PH investigator or clinician who has made direct and substantive contributions to the PH world and, ideally, to the PVRI.  Past recipients include notable figures like Martin Wilkins, Joanna Pepke-Zaba, Gérald Simmonneau, Paul Corris and John Newman, to name a few. The PVRI Achievement Award is awarded to one or more mid-career PVRI members who have made a significant contribution to basic or clinical research. Past winners include Bradley Maron, Nick Morrell, and Qadar Pasha. See all the previous winners

The nomination period will be open for six weeks, closing on 25 November 2024.  After nominations have closed, a subcommittee of the PVRI Board will select the winners for each of the Awards.
