The Welcome Reception will be held on the evening of 29 January 2026 in the Dublin Royal Convention Centre and is free to all delegates and speakers. PVRI will organise all aspects of the event and provide all the refreshments. Your branding will be displayed throughout the reception and you can bring branded goods or napkins if you wish.

This relaxed lunch will bring together colleagues working in, or supporting, low- and middle-income countries to spark practical action, build meaningful connections and advance PH care worldwide. Through the prompts “I need…” and “I can offer…”, guests will identify opportunities to collaborate and hear stories that show that change is possible.
 

The 1-hour 30-minute Luncheon will be held on the first day of the main Conference, 28 January, in the Amari Hotel and Conference Centre. It is free to attend and PVRI will organise all aspects of the event, including a VIP Thai sharing menu and welcome drink.

As a sole sponsor, we will reserve 5 spaces at the Luncheon for you. You will be invited to open the function with a short welcome speech and your branding will be displayed throughout the function. You will also have shared access to the professional function photos.

The Career Catalyst Luncheon will be a leading mentorship event held in the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel restaurant adjacent to the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. As a sole sponsor you will be invited to open the function with a short welcome speech. Your branding will be displayed throughout the function - you can provide your own branded goods if you wish.

Spark the conversation and sponsor one of our three moderated poster sessions. In these cutting-edge sessions, attendees will cast their votes to choose the winning poster of the day. Your support includes a £200 cash award to be presented to the lead author of the day’s top-voted poster.

Sponsorship fee will be for one poster session only. The choice of session will be a joint decision between yourself and PVRI. Your brand will be personally acknowledged by the session moderator, and featured on the official poster list display.

PVRI will provide the lanyards and arrange the branding. Your name or logo will alternate with PVRI’s logo. Lanyards will be white print on your choice of one of the 4 PVRI core brand colours. PVRI has final approval of the content.
